Lesley begins as our new church administrator on 2nd September, and we welcome her. It’s been three months since Debbie (Westerby) left, during which time I have been in the office trying to keep ‘the ship on an even keel,’ though sometimes it felt a bit choppy, I have to say! Lesley was raised and schooled in Camden and comes from a settled position with a small manufacturing company. She has been well briefed about the potential of St Giles to be a place of eccentricity and challenge but seems undaunted. She comes to occupy a really important position with us in the light of my own departure at the end of the year. If you are in touch with her in any way, please make her feel welcome.
