Welcome to St Giles-in-the-Fields, a parish church in the heart of London's West End.

The Church which is an outstandingly beautiful building, built in the Palladian style in 1734, is open daily Monday to Friday for prayer and to visitors, and for Sunday Services (opening times).

Newcomers to the church are always welcomed and the clergy provide pastoral care to those who live and work in the area, or who are just passing through.

We are always willing to answer any questions which you might have about the Church, or the Christian Faith, please feel free to contact us.

Events

Each Thursday lunchtime there is a short service of prayer and Bible study, and in the Spring and Autumn a series of lectures on the broader theme of the Christian Faith.

Services

Services at St Giles combine traditional Anglican Christian worship, which closely follows the Book of Common Prayer, with contemporary preaching and biblical teaching.

Morning and Evening Prayer are said daily in church. At Evening Prayer prayers are said for those who have asked the alter for our prayers during the week.

There are two Eucharists on a Sunday at 8.00 am and 11.00 am, and at 1.00 pm on Wednesdays and Holy days.
