Thursday's Mission

In 2026, we are renewing our outreach to the weekday community of St Giles, with a full roster of activities taking place every week on Thursdays. 

The point of Thursday's Mission is to give those who work in our parish a chance to engage with Christianity in a meaningful way which builds commitment and faith through learning and worship. A sort of "Weekday Sunday", if you like. 

Thursday's Mission will include Exploring the Bible at 12.30pm, a service of Holy Communion at 1.15pm and services of Compline or Evensong at 6pm. The musical offering will be supported by the University of London Chamber Choir, who will join us each month to sing Evensong. 

If you're already attending weekday services at St Giles, please support this renewal and welcome newcomers. If you're new to the church, now is the time to step into this house of prayer.
