steeple

Campanology
The steeple possesses a peal of eight bells. When the present church was built in 1734, four of the bells from the old church were preserved and four new bells were added.

St Giles is the Headquarters Tower of the Middlesex Association of Change Ringers who regularly ring. The bells are rung every Thursday, before the lunchtime service, by the St Giles Ringers. Visiting ringers are always welcome on these days. For further information contact Richard Casserley, the Tower Captain, at the Church (contact us).
